To compliment it, have minimalist and clean makeup with bold lip color. For optimal effect, as seen on the image besides the article, its best to have the lip color be opposite of your eyeliner color. Provided is a Chart to help you in choosing your colors. The colors I have on the brow line are most compatible with most skin tones but feel free to interchange them for your own needs. To put on, simply use your eyeliner brush placing the liner directly along your brow line. If you have a blonde or very little eyebrows make sure to fill them in slightly, the color will make them pop either way. This makeup trend can be best worn with color blocked clothing matching your makeup choices. Don't forget to pair your look with confidence (fake it if you have to) and a swanky stride when you walk in the event.
